New Website

Hi guys,

After almost 8 years of using Enjin, Cometcraft (CCNet) will be migrating to a new website. While Enjin has served us well, its age is quickly becoming apparent. This, combined with a growing community and reduced support from Enjin for their web services, encouraged us to try our own web solution. The new website includes forums, a suggestions page and a place to share resources such as builds and texture packs.

For the time being, donations will continue to be processed through the Enjin donation store.

Building Contest #2

With the first building contest at a close, it is time to announce the second one. The theme of this contest is 'Modern'. This includes skyscrapers, apartment blocks, suburban houses, luxury villas and so forth. The rewards will remain the same:

1st: Donator rank for 2 weeks, $80,000
2nd: Donator rank for 1 week, $50,000
3rd: $25,000

The rules are also the same:

Your build must be original. It is forbidden to use schematics and the work of other people. If it is discovered that your build is copied, you will be disqualified.
Your build must be submitted before the 1st of April, 2019.

- To celebrate, we've added custom ranks to the server. Each rank, which costs money and requires mcMMO points, gives unique perks. The highest-tier rank, High Lord, grants you the ability to fly in your town's territory. Check them out in-game with /rankup!

Building contest and some new features

Hey guys,

I'm pleased to announce the first monthly CCNet Building Contest, which will last from today (4th December 2018) to January 1st 2019.

This month's theme, as requested by many, will be: Medieval.

Your buildings will feature both on here and the Discord, and there will be prizes for the top three builders:

1st: Donator rank for 2 weeks, $80,000
2nd: Donator rank for 1 week, $50,000
3rd: $25,000

Head Shop

A small feature has been added that should help builders with interior design. You can now buy heads from the Heads Shop (see /headsinv category). Each head costs $25. The server has a few hundred heads pre-loaded in the categories already, although the real power lies in being able to search two databases which collectively contain 60,000 heads. Try out /headsinv search <searchterm>!

Donator Rank Update

Added disguises to donators!

Type /dis or /disguise to see a list of the 43 mobs and their baby variants you can transform into! > Type /und or /undisguise to remove your disguise!

Added spawner changing to donators!

Hold a spawner and type /changespawner to change your spawner!

Note: Changing a spawner by accident will NOT result in a refund of the money spent to change it!

Added MobCapture to Donators!

Throw an egg at any peaceful mob, endermite, or Zombie Villager to capture it for $250!

As a safety precaution, you cannot capture a mob in someone elses town!

Here's a reminder that Towny War will begin on Saturday 22nd of December, at 15:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)
