I love helping people and when I was previously staff, people loved me and I feel as if I let them down when I resigned.

It wasn’t by choice, computer problems basically
Fair point, when you resigned though, did you feel you wasted that time being staff however?
No, people really liked me as staff and are still asking almost 3 months after I resigned, for me to reapply. It would’ve been a waste of time if people hated me.
Yah, I know what you mean

no voice can change mineplex unless ur getting paid to work there pre much xdddd
Because I think it's better to actually try and make a change myself rather than sitting on my wall bashing everyone on the staff team for things.

For example:

Like bashing QA for bugs on my wall. To me it's better to try and get on QA and make an effort myself.

I'm pre certain most if not all QA members are aware of each bug though, there's still that lack of communication between devs + QA etc - could be wrong however, but I know what you mean; you want shit you see / aware of to be fixed.
the QA part was just an example, my main point was like it's much better to make an effort and try make an impact myself than just sit back and complain c:
idk about you though, but you literally can't make an impact. Even as staff you're just there really only acknowledged for moderating. Sure, you can put in your two cents to an admin / bluebeetle but let's be honest, we both were staff at one point and they didn't give a shit
For me, it was the sense of belonging. I felt like I was doing something good and that, for me, was all the motivation needed.

That feeling I must admit was the only thing that kept me going in my time too, I just saw the lack of input in other staff members dragging down the team / the lack of communication in the staff team which just frustrated me hence leaving
I was planning to leave before I got demoted anyway. Got massively annoyed by the back-biting nature of other staff, felt like a permanent competition rather than working together. Awful.
