Before winter break there was an alleged threat at my high school and a ton of people left before the end of the day. There wasn't any shooter or shooting. So dumb.
People have learned that it's a great way to cancel class, because people at most schools A) take threats on their life seriously and B) are unable to defend themselves for some reason or another. As long as that is the case, such threats, as disgusting as they are, WILL remain effective.
