Hey, I lost Pritt a while ago. There are other ways you could possibly gain back your account. Like you I didn’t have access to my Trans Id and I actually asked them if there was any other way I could get mt Trans Id and they did help me. Never give up on your account, try your best. I didn’t have access to Pritt for 8 months and let me tell you it wasn’t fun
