Ummm no offense, but why did you try so hard for trainee after multiple blacklists. IMO if a server tries to shut you away from volunteering on it I would just leave. Better to spend my time on another server.
LOL good luck with getting trainee after the recruiters probably have you in a metaphorical perm blacklisted in their heads. As said by 999p, why do you want to be staff on a server that's denied you multiple times.
I think you should personally give up. Staff is fun but isn't worth this much to get it.
It's not impossible to be unblacklisted and even become a staff member - even after a network ban. It's not about the fun aspect, but being in-game a lot of things in the network spark my motivation to assist the community.
