The team has been busy with IRL things. We need to finish up a few plugins and builds before we open in beta. Once we are open in beta we will start to roll out some of our more interesting features.

Sorry for the late reply, there will be a section on our forums for users to submit staff applications. The applications will be fairly extensive and there will be some strict requirements to ensure we can form the best team possible.
