Any moderator on the server has the right to jail if they see a player doing something wrong with their own eyes. The only proof they need is to see it, as they are supposed to be trusted. Also a jail isn't so bad, it's not like being banned where you can't join at all. You just sit and wait for the desired time, play Flappy Bird, think about what you have done and voila, you're back to what you were doing before
