So I just got demoted on this server DiamantZone for not being on the server at all and not respecting the Leadership team. First, I told the owner about my computer not working for some apps and Minecraft was one so he said ok but, I still get demoted for inactivity. Second, DragonLord is a "14 year old" and when things don't go his way he makes a big deal about it and starts yelling in chat for help to solve a problem, (Like just say it in /a). Third, that whole entire server was just a copy of Mineplex, let me demonstrate, the first staff rank they had was Helper, Helper was the same as Mineplex when Mineplex had the Helper rank, they change the color to the Trainee color for Helper. The Mod tag is the same as Mineplex so is the Sr.Mod, Admin,Leadership and Owner. They have the same plugins as Mineplex, well most of them. They have /a as the same coding as Mineplex, the /message command is the same as Mineplex. Four, Jake, you have temper issue and low tolerance when someone does something a tad bit wrong you threaten to ban or mute, oh yeah Diamantzone uses the same punishments as Mineplex. Fifth, they promote some people way to fast, Dragonlord I became Helper before he even had a rank, 2 weeks in he applied and the first day he became a mod and Sr.mod. 3 days later he gets Admin and the same day he gets Leadership. Sixth, they have the same teams as Mineplex, Trainee Management, Recruiter, Reports Patrol and Social Media team, I could go on forever about the teams. People have somewhat experience this to.
