Hello everyone. So I'm going to come out and post this because the amount of PMs directed at me, sometimes some harassment, and just confused players needs to stop.
I wholeheartedly believe that the 'Uncalled-For Negativity' rule is very vague, and honestly, though it's a useful rule to keep our forums clean and positive, we do also need some criticism and negativity without downright confronting people in a nasty way. And this rule has started to almost be a way to dodge criticism!
The thread I recently issued a warning on was all based on the guidelines and information that got presented to me, that is in no way at all an excuse to harass me for issuing a warning that I'm instructed about.
I have taken action to ask a few Forums members about the thread locks and warnings that I've issued, and they would agree that the things I've done in the eyes of the guidelines are correct. So I urge everyone to stay calm, so please just be a bit more easy on me, the situation is starting to get at me. I will do my best to ask about this rule for everybody and get more clarity on it for you. But for now, let's please just calm down and try and tackle this problem constructively.
