It's been 14 years since the suicide terrorist attack on four of our landmarks.
Many families, and loved ones passed away, their life taken from them. Including my grandfather, who had a heart attack once he found out his close friend lost his life (Him being a Firefighter for over 10 years). It's a hard day, for all of my family, as he had a significant emotional role in their life. I'm so sorry to anyone who has lost anyone in their life, because the pain is unimaginable.

I had yoga class today, and my instructor decided to incorporate barbells. Never has my back felt so sore.
