• Please try answering questions you definitely know the answer to, either based off of attempting to solve your own issue this way or based off of something a Mod has said regarding the same issue on a different thread before you.
Don't just say something because you've seen another player say it on another thread, this way I've been noticing a lot of false info spreading in Help threads until a Mod clears it up.

• Try to not answer threads with the same response just slightly reworded if someone (non-staff) has already answered the thread before you. It's unnecessary, unless your post is adding a lot more to the thread than the posts before you.
This would could also fall under post-boosting depending on what exactly you said and how it compares to what was said previously.
(Which means "You can make a ticket at mineplex.com/support and it may take up to 48 hours to get a response" isn't "a lot".)

• Try not to use a copy-paste response doc (or macros) to respond to threads. If you're responding and you are sure your suggestion would help the other player, try to address issues of the OP individually to the best of your ability.
Doing this also puts you at risk of providing inaccurate information that would fall under post-boosting.

• As for Trainee, none of the things above would help your application if you do do them. Recruitment isn't looking for people who have a lot of identical posts in the Help section, they're looking for players who provide detailed, helpful responses based on the individual player's concern.
If that means less posts, that's better.
