To anyone unsure, yes the TS3 server has been down for quite some time now.
The good news is that were;
a) We're not alone.
b) We have a priority ticket submitted.
c) We're told that services will be restored "shortly" 8+ hours ago. *Kappa Face*

It's been over 12 hours now and the network is still powering along with minimal issues. Wow, I am quite surprised and a little disappointed I wasn't able to Role Play as a firefighter!
I guess the great launch conditions can be attributed to the amazing test team finding lots of bugs and you guys (the players) for having lots of fun but being reasonable as well!

For the last day/week before the wipe (I hope), everyone has been given access to Ultra/Uber VIP in Chaotic, Factions and Creative.
The new default rank is UberVIP, not Member. So you should have access to all the commands/perks they have BESIDES spawners. Not only do you now have access to that rank, you will be able to use 20+ new kits in factions every 12 hours, most of these kits are old OP favourites and yes one kit does come with TNT .
You're more then welcome to blow up your own things, however don't blow up other peoples builds without their permission please. Try not to break Creative every 5 minutes. Doing so causes me to take time out of the new server to fix it.
Today we finally got a response back from Mojang's Enforcement Agent (EULA).
It has only taken 1 1/2 months, but it was good to receive some clarity on questions we had asked.
What was surprising was the changes or contradictions on what they claim are/are not EULA friendly.
For example, on their monetisation FAQ, they clearly state; If all players get access to a feature such as a plot of land, can I sell access to multiple plots for hard currency? No - that would be a gameplay affecting change, so it’s not allowed. All player who access your server must have the same gameplay features offered to them.
Yet in the email from the department they stated that Access to additional or larger plots on creative mode servers. is allowed.
We were clarified that "all players" only means all online, not everyone who has/will connect so global event purchases will more then likely be a thing.
The following things are still a no-go; ptime command, craft bench command, clear inventory command, extra warps, extra homes, back command, near command, extra enchant commands/powers, the recipe command, use of world edit, auto sell, flight, unbans, ect.
Basically all the things you guys were hoping for that didn't seem to EULA-Breaking.

It's been a good morning if you're a player without a skin or are too lazy to change it on the Mojang Profile Page.
The re-code of the Lobby Skin system is nearly done.
All users will be able to change their skin to one of the pre-defined ones at the NPC every hour.
Titans and Immortals will have no limit as well as the ability to skin themselves as any skin they with with the /tagskin <playerName> command.
Oh, and on top of that. The skin changes are now instant, no need to reconnect to update your skin.
