Rudy.. rudy... where do I begin?

I've known you since you first got helper on your old account back in late January. You just joined my lobby and said hi and I asked you about hosting an MPS, as I was an Ultra back then

I saw you a couple days and weeks later, but we didn't really make a strong connection until you were a Mod on this new account. Pretty soon after that I became a trainee, and you immediately helped me with learning all the new content and moderation guidelines etc., and were overall my go-to person when my mentor wasn't there. A little later on in my trial, we created Static, which is still around today. We spent a ton of time together during my trial, and I thank you for all the help, fun, and advice you provided me with.

After about a month into me being Mod and a PMA, Mod Coord opened up applications and we were both very eager to apply. Although you got in and I did not, I know you very much deserved the position and did a great job on it during your time on the team.

Overall, I can proudly say that you are my most trusted staff-friend and I hope we can continue to be friends during your time focusing on school and work. I wish you the best of luck on your endeavors in high school and hope to speak with you again soon!

Hello all! I am very sad to say that I will be resigning from staff on the Mineplex network as of today, the 10th of September 2015. The pressures of school and overall responsibilities has already put strain on my ability to complete my work both as a moderator and a member of Mod Coordination, and I fear it would only continue to collapse. I cannot say how thankful I am for the opportunity to not only the guys & gals of ModCoord and other staff members, but also the mineplex community. The support I have received means the world to me and I don’t know where I would be without it. If possible I would definitely be interested in reinstatement at some point . I wish everyone in the community the best of luck in any endeavors they may have.

My time on as staff started on January 23rd and I have enjoyed every second of it. Many resigning staff members continue this post by saying the pros and cons of the staff team, and like everything, being a staff member has both pros and cons. In my experience however, the pros of being a staff member greatly outweigh any small cons, so if you’re looking to apply, just make sure you have enough time and I greatly recommend the experience

You are always there to answer questions, share memes, make jokes, share memes, consult with opinions, share memes, and a bunch of other things. #1 STAFF MEMBER RIGHT HERE!!! I greatly appreciate everything you’ve done including teaching me most everything I know about mentoring. I really hope we can keep sharing memes all the time
Tigglee blondebug - You two are where my staff career began. Thank you so much for being my mentor as a helper and I couldn’t have done it without you! Even though my test performances were not outrageously high to say the least, you saw potential where others may not have. Without your optimism and support, I would not be able to be here, writing this letter right now. Thank you!
DJ2470 - You remember when I got staff, I remember when you got staff, and generally we’ve been pretty close on the staff team the whole time. Through our work with Static, ModCoord, just plain learning the rules and a whole lot more, you’re always a person I can turn to for help on the staff team. Thank you for all you’ve done and continue to do!
BlueBeetleHD & @RavenWings - Even though I was only on ModCoord for a little over a month, you two led the way to any successes I had there. Thank you for your kind words of inspiration throughout the process, and more importantly giving me the opportunity to grow and learn in your team. Everything I learned as a member of modcoord has not only helped me for mineplex moderator and mentor ship, but they are skills I will be able to recall and use throughout my professional career. Raven: You were amazingly helpful throughout not only my time as staff but also the process of resignation and I look forward to any conversations we have in the future as well. Thank you both.
Xegothasgot AKA "Finndroidd" & Okayizzy - I know there are a lot of people who were in our batch but you two are the most memorable (Sorry to the rest ); ). Finn, thank you for being around and always being a good contact on the staff team. Best of luck to you! izzy, I still go back to that original conversation we had the first day of becoming a helper.
