To the Minecade Staff-

Stunning amount of activity from me (aka 2 posts less than 3 weeks apart) but this is something I've been wanting to say for a loooonnggg time now but didn't really know how to say this until now (plus I didn't want to make a huge seemingly toxic thing right after I resigned).

With the exception of Game and Ibans (who have done almost everything since they were accepted), none of you do anything. And you need to realize that. Those 2 carry the entire staff team, and without them who knows what would happen to this server. I tried to give a subtle hint when I resigned but apparently no one got the message. Frankly, just looking through people's posting history, I'm astonished that people can post this little and still remain staff.

Now, I just want to say this early, I truly did love my time on the staff team, and loved the people I worked with, so this is by no means a personal attack on anyone, nor am I going toxic, but this is seriously just ridiculous, and I hate being silent about it. I really want you guys on the staff team to take a good look inward and decide if you truly deserve the position you hold. If you don't, do something. Staying on the team and inactive just makes you look more foolish, you need to be truly honest with yourself here. I'm not going to be one to say "_____ you should resign!!!!" because that's just going to be filtered out, but the reason I'm being so harsh is because I feel like that's the only way I'm going to get through to anyone.

For the MGM's (and boo) - this is on you guys too. You're the ones who should be monitoring this, not being the prime examples of it. I'd be willing to say the biggest reason why this is such a problem is because no one takes the threat of demotion for inactivity seriously anymore, so step up and actually facilitate activity in the team.

That's basically what I wanted to say but if I think of something I want to add I'll post later. But just please, don't take this and say that I'm now one of the toxic people, because I'm not trying to be, I just hate seeing so much inactivity persisting in the staff team and no one taking the people who point it out seriously. Hopefully this gets through to someone, and if you are doing your job, you have my respect.

And one more thing - Vet doesn't mean shit if you don't actually earn it.

I know this is an old post, but wanted to chime in anyway. Personally, I used to be hella active in 2013/2014 as a staff member -- because there was so much to do. Right now, honestly it doesn't matter to me that the staff team doesn't appear to be active. You and I both know there truly isn't anything to do. I don't believe in doing things for the sake of doing so, and hence I feel that it's a misjudgement on your part to deem the staff team as slackers when they just can't find anything meaningful to do. Just my 2 cents.

I'd make sense but I also find it hard to believe there's nothing to do considering how much time Game and Ibans dedicate to the position. Sure, you could say "they get it all first" but people not being on and there actually being nothing to do are different. Plus you'll get people who go days, weeks, or even more without logging into enjin, or getting on the servers which by that point is just laziness and a lack of motivation in the position.

Kinda late to the party here, but noticed a funny thing that just confirm Pork's point, the fact that I discover GMs in the replies of this post.
And I also think that the possible lack of report comes from players being completely unaware of how to report, I've seen a dozen of person thinking they have reported someone using /report.
And if you want to be active without needing reports, just take some time to go on SMM where the trolls can be really numerous and despite that fact, everytime I make a report, I don't see any other SMM report, like if I'm the only one making those.
SBB also got its days when people get a bit out of control with their rage.

Random ramblings of my mind since im dead:

English is a really weird language...
The nuances of it have been facinating me recently and I've been comparing it a lot to Spanish and it's funny to see the different ways the 2 languages go about saying different things. But you get things like how english past tense can be completely random (eat to ate, am to was, etc etc), how we have 9 different pronunciations of "-ough", and how awfully native speakers actually speak (Contractions, these things callec schwas (ə) which represent nondescript vowel sounds (which are everywhere, particularly in american english), and a general shortening of words etc etc). I also just found something pointing out how the emphasis on certain words can really change the meaning of a sentence ("I don't think *he* should get that job" vs "I don't think he should get *that* job"), and the inconsistency of word pronunciation (Pond rhymes with wand but doesn't sound like the wond in wonder). I could go on and on but I just find this stuff facinating for whatever reason, especially when you take a Romance language like Spanish and see how their verb conjugation is very structured and the language follows more linear patterns, yet it generally takes more words than English to say the same thing, and (this is probably the native english speaker in me talking) Spanish has a lot more words for the same thing and relies a lot more on context (pero vs sino vs sino que, ser vs estar, por vs para) whereas I think english is more straightforward in that regard.

Idk just some random jumbled up mess that I thought up, idek if it makes sense tbh but no one I know really cares about this nerdy stuff LOL

Well I speak spanish, in fact, its my first language, and I gotta say, a simple verb can turn into a pretty complex verb, depending on the context it can change the meaning completely. If you want more info on this just tell me and I can explain to you xD
