I should NEVER look on online shops. I swear to god I put about $600 worth of stuff in my cart and then realise I'm broke right now and then cry a little ....

Ok so I just made a decision - weird I know....
I think that I'm finally done with Mineplex (not in a bad way). I've come to realise that I really don't enjoy playing on Mineplex anymore. Recently I applied for Moderator reinstatement because my five month window to be able to apply was running out, I applied out of pure haste.

I really don't want to go through the trainee trial for the third time and so I've just cancelled my application. This probably means I wont be applying for staff anymore and I'm most likely not going to be hanging around Mineplex either.

We had a paralympian join our class the other week, I wont say their name but they recently represented Australia in Rio ;o. They really put my life in perspective... They're my age age and winning silver medals in the paralympics and I'm here listening to spotify, eating pizza avoiding my homework....

I make some of the most obvious and stupid mistakes sometimes >.<

2 YEARS AGO TODAY



Two years ago today I was accepted as a Mineplex Helper - for the first time...
I was accepted along with nine other people, a batch of ten total.

That morning when I woke up to see the two little notifications above the applications symbol, the first thought that came into my mind was "great, I've just waited three weeks for a rejection". that soon changed when I opened to see the following message,



After a short couple seconds of complete and utter shock, I clicked on the notification which took me to the message that Tony had written out which linked me to a documentation of my roles and responsibilities as a helper. The one thing that still makes me smile to this day, is that Tony gave me the wrong accepted message...

The feeling that ran through me at that point in time was indescribable! The happiness and excitement that was within me was nothing short of amazing! Soon after the initial shock, I went to my wall which was spammed with congratulations posts by people I didn't even know knew me... (weird story as to why my wall was open to the public, remind me to tell you sometime). Curious and eager I wanted to find out who my mentor was right away! I opened up my skype to see a message from my new mentor,



With Inv3rt3d as my new mentor, I knew that not much could go wrong. Having previously known Corey I was excited to find out what the future held, I was never let down once by him as my mentor!
