I've been doing interviews for a couple weeks now. Honestly, I can say that they've helped me so much with my inability to make conversation. I noticed this yesterday when I went out to eat with my family. Usually, I'd have to speak up or take extra time because I'm quiet and indecisive, but interviews have helped me with that. I need to speak clearly to the interviewees, and I need to be sure on my decision of how the interview went. I'm still not exactly a pro with interviews, but I'm getting there.

Getting to do interviews on my own today has really brought a feeling of nostalgia of my time at Mineplex. Although I've never had to do an interview because of how old of a staff member I am, it still brings me back to my ultra days. It's been a really long time, and I've enjoyed the time.
