The people who really, really want to have servers but can't because their parents won't let them buy one or whatever spend all their time making a website hoping someone else will buy the server, get staff, and make a whole community. And then there's the people who have servers, but don't spend any time working on them and just leave them whitelisted and blank. I feel like there would be much more choices for good Minecraft servers if the people who were willing to put in effort were the ones who had servers.
tbh I don't support banning people that you don't like. in some cases it works out well, but i'm a strong believer in not banning anyone who hasn't broken a specific server rule.
Sometimes it's necessary though to keep the peace even if someone hasn't specifically broken any rules, if that person consistently is a thorn in everyones' collective side.
Yes, however if they're your enemy outside of the server, I wouldn't ban them before they actually join. If, after they do join, they are annoying/disrespectful/violate rules, that would be the time to ban.
The community is fairly toxic, which is why I haven't put a lot of effort into making mine great again (XD). I had relative success twice, and am working on it again.
You might be able to make him think that if your post resembled actual fear... Actually, I'd like to see Pengi think people were scared of him; that would be entertaining.
