Everyone has to abide by this:

When you become staff, you agree to sacrifice some things to help the server. This will help minimize abuse and maintain the happiness of people on the server.

So here it goes:

From trial-mod to moderator, you can raid as normal. However, from admin and any ranks above that (excluding owner), you can not raid. You may not directly take part in raids. Of course, you can sit by and watch :), but don't partake directly. The reasoning behind this is because admins usually are OP and have creative. It can get tempting to spawn in items for your faction members, so don't. I would go as far to say admins can't be in player factions, though that would be too harsh.

Tl;dc version: Trial-Mods and moderators can raid as normal. Admins can not directly take part but can play a supporting role (like defense or ship crew). Don't spawn stuff in or you will be demoted.
