My Pc's broken...

A good one shouldnt cost more than 50ish USD, i will follow up when i find a good one.

FIxed It!

Spent ages seeing if my brand new ( it cost £39.99) Power Supply was broken, I checked the connections and found out the power button was the failure. I reconnected it up and boom life! Still not sure why my power supply failed the power supply test.

Still don't know why there was a really loud clattering noise when it died.

It really depends on the build... I have an 850W EVGA that I love to death, but is really only needed for a monster build. I suggest a 500W Corsair, this is similar to my old one and I never had a problem with it. With a part like this, it is really worth it to spend money on a brand name, rather than a cheap generic version.
