Pretty straight forward rule, any repetition of messages in a short amount of time and continuous repetition over longer spans of time is punishable. Excessive use of symbols, capital letters etc is also included in this rule.
Consequences: kick or temporary ban up to 10 minutes, if spam continues after warnings a permanent ban may follow or an exceedingly long temporary ban.

3: No Advertising

Any attempt to advertise a server is illegal, advertising indirectly by advertising a link or a stream that is advertising a different server is also illegal. Do not post any IP address or server domain names which can be used to connect to a server. Do not post the IP of other TeamSpeak servers. Do not post fake IPs or player IP addresses etc, we do not have time to check every single IP you post to check legitimacy.

4: No Racism Or Homophobia

Any and all racism is unacceptable. Any use of slang that is even moderately racist is against our rules. We define what is racist, you do not, do not argue with staff if you are kicked or temporarily banned.

Different rules apply for Skyblock, Meaning if a donation scam occurs either way, Items given first/Purchase with real life currency first and the other party scams, They will be banned.. No warning.

The staff are here to help the community, our helpers and moderators are normal players and may not be able to assist you instantly when asked. Please be patient when asking for help and you will be assisted as soon as a staff member can help you. Any issues with staff can be reported on the forums. Do not accuse others of hacking in public chat, if you think someone may be hacking either record them yourself or ask a staff member privately if they can help.

12: Your Account is your Responsibility

If something happens on your account it is your responsibility, we know that people share accounts often but if your account has broken a rule and you weren’t responsible the consequence will be enforced equally.

Do not join our server with a username that is in anyway offensive, culturally, religiously, racially, sexually etc. Doing so risks your account being banned. If you have any questions on rather or not your username is offensive ask an admin or above before joining.

Consequences: Possible Hub bans. With possibility to appeal after changing of said offensive username

20: Boosting Into Safezones

Do not attempt to bow boost out of PVP enabled areas; By this we mean no using a weapon of any sorts to escape when in PVP such as using a knockback II sword to boost back into spawn/Using a Punch II bow to boost yourself back up.

21: No spreading of Personal Information by any means

As common sense has failed;
Do not spread the contents of doxes, any personal information, skypes or similar of another person or group, of any kind of information as well by Any means, direct or indirect.
Do not imply that a false or accurate piece of personal information is someone's, as even a false bit of PI is also illegal.

Consequences: Permanent bans. With possibility to appeal.
Further offences, may lead to hub bans or similar.

No GLITCHING was done ----> because all i did was log on to another persons account, and the rules did not say i couldnt do that, but if you want to go ahead and want to see my appeal if you classify this as, "glitching" here you go. This is the one you may look at, but the fact that it says, "to achieve something that was not intended by the game designers.", well first off, this is a server and the PURPOSE of it is for it to be a FACTION server, which means constant RAIDING i did no harm there, no rules have been broken. And how do we know what was intended by the game designers? We look at rules and the rules never stated, "loging in as other users" -calaxer, is illegal/ or is not clear.

The fact that someone can log on to another person's account and obtain their coordinates is a design flaw and clearly you're exploiting this design flaw to gain an advantage over others by stealing their coordinates.

Or maybe the developers of the login plugin were like 'Hey faction servers are going to use this plugin, let's put in this design flaw so basically every raider can now know the coordinates of everyone's base, yay!'
