Hello im Here to Report that the moderator Mr.chip was abusing his power the event happend 5/21/2016 approx 1 to 3 AM i was asking for staff help because my pvp timer wouldn't stop and i asked mr chip when he came over he said deo its the sword put it down but then i told him no this happend befor i got the sword and then after an amount of struggling saying its not the sword that messing up my timer he asks me "do you think im dumb" i replied with "in this scenario yes" then i got kicked warned and muted here are the screen shots of this showing what we were both saying i tried to show him that it was just my fault but he didn't understand on multipal occasion he had disrespected me during this and when i wanted to say something back he hid behind his moderator rank saying you cant do that when i was asking if he new if any other staff were to be on he says are you going to report me? and i replied no to keep it on the DL but then he says " no i beg you to report me " and then says " no one will take you serious " and after all this he tells me to shut up and to try to make an effort to make him understand i say " whats worse your dumb or shut up?" then he replies with "man up" if i were a more gentle player i would have considered this bulling and harassment but that kind of a player wouldn't be on a faction server. i may be over stepping a boundary by saying this but some one like mr.chip with such little tolerance with what other players opinions and other players thoughts of what they have to say in my eyes shouldn't be a moderator moderator should set an example for the helpers and show that he can handle himself this was not a good example for anyone it just shows that some people just cant handle the job. I see this as DaWaffleKingUSA asked for an opinion and did not like the answer. The following punishment and argument were unnecessary. I did not take action on Waffle but he agrees his actions were rash and unthought out.
I was trying to give him help and advice, he said I was wrong, then I said, "Do you think I am dumb?" and he said "Yes ". Wouldnt you be a bit red after trying to help him?
But how you reacted with unnecessary punishments was unacceptable, even though you admitted it was wrong. Even after saying yes to your question, you still shouldn't take action and try to help him still. That is what you are here for as a moderator, you help those who need it.

Lol waffle careful bro with what u say, I've had experience and when u are mean to members they take it heavy and have a bad image of the server making them less attracted, just a tip

waffles in all do Respect we all realise we both had fault i do not deny that saying yes was kind a mean BUT. that fact that you are trying to justify your actions with no ground to stand on is very childish. i was inspired for a different reason hate me if you must but truly let us move on from this event those who dwell in the past only see failure but those who can over come such things and look for a new can see the never ending out come of success ~Deo
