First of all, I want to make clear that English is not my main language as many of you know, so I apology firsthandly for the many mistakes I will make in this post.
I open this post to report the actions of the staff member SoccerDoc in the event of past Friday night when the war of Europe happened.
SoccerDoc as a staff member has proven himself to act biased more than once in the server, as being part of a conflict and administrator , he has ruled against his opponents harsher than with other players, ruling at the moment based on what benefits his side.
The biggest example of his shitty ruling was the decision to take advantage of one of our members being hacked that Friday night to be able to declare war on our nation SPQA, even when no one of our members had planned to connect that day. When this happened and he was alerted of this fact, his reasoning for continuing with the conflict and exploiting the benefits of attacking us unprepared was that one of our cities decided to abandon our nation at last hour because they were alerted of the attack.
This makes no sense in so many levels. First, there are no rules against leaving a nation when you are not in the middle of a conflict, and it makes no sense at all neither, why would you be unable to leave a nation when it fits you? That is politics, taking the choices that benefit your people.
Apart from the fact that he made that rule at the moment, and it was not written before the conflict, he used that excuse to attack the city of Argos, when we didn't do anything. Did we tell De Fares about the attack? hell yes, they were friends, of course we told them vital information about their security, but we ( Argos ) did not leave the nation, even if that stupid rule about leaving a nation is ruled correct by the administration ( and btw, One widely accepted principle of criminal law is the rule against retroactivity, which prohibits the imposition of ex post facto laws (i.e., laws that would allow an individual to be punished for conduct that was not criminal at the time it was carried out ), the city that should have been attacked is De FAres, not Argos, we stayed in the nation, we did nothing wrong more than attacking him as a nation, and that, of course, is enough for him.
The war should have been stopped the moment he was alerted that one of our accounts was hacked, any normal staff would have done that as is the responsible thing to do, but he had been working in that coalition for 2 weeks, he could not separate his staff duty from his personal gain.
He made everything he can to kick us out of the server and he almost made it, half of my nation wants to migrate to another server where they don't have to worry about staffs member being their enemy and the person who rules about their actions, and that is sad.
I ask for him to be demoted and rule about war written down so no other mod can take advantage of this when war comes to their gates.
I want to remind Zaefy that he himself had to unban JustLiunet, a member of my nation in the middle of the battle because he was unjustifiedly banned by a moderator, this is too unacceptable, and caused by those rules not being written and moderators having too much power at the moment, IF zaefy wasn't there we would probably have lost the battle for the mistake of one moderator who does not know the rules and takes too much hurry in banning in the middle of a crucial moment.
