Unfortunately, Helpers are incapable of doing.. well literally anything on the Discord server. This is power reserved for Moderators and higher.
As such, this entire report is arguably useless and it's impossible to him to take responsibility for an action he's incapable of doing.
However, it is acceptable that his insult was out of line, assuming we consider calling your parents "gay cars salesmen" to be an insult. Considering the correctly stereotypical assumption of used cars salemens being shady, no one really wants to be called a used cars salesman, or the product of a used cars salesman. You might break down on the highway, and then you have to call State Farm.
VonDrauss will be reprimanded accordingly and this nature of insult/language from staff will not be tolerated in the future.
As for the Discord mute itself, this mute was issued by an Admin and is actually the correct approach (and has been issued before for identical offenses to other Donators who abused the Discord link to bypass the in-game filter)
Due to the filter being down, it appears your mute was shortly reversed as in-game users are arguably unmonitored on their language usage until the filter replacement is complete.
