I guess this category can fall in both ban appeals and abuse reports, but I'm gonna put it in abuse reports as I feel like it belongs here more.
I put my title up to show that I was against the USSR; however, Laughingspade banned me for whatever reason. As you can see from that photo, Laughingspade also warned me for saying me saying three words in Spanish "hola Como Estas" as a joke; I also got warned once by soc for saying "gay" once in chat; I don't understand how that is homophobic, however. I also got warned and kicked into a 19/19 queue for saying "IMA GET MITED," which was only three words in caps and wasn't that toxic. Then for a final time, I got warned for "keep USSR out of your tite" when I was strictly showing that I was against the terrible actions of the USSR. These examples are abuse on Laughingspade as most of these warns were not deserved and were abusive.

Use of the word "gay" in most contexts other than a context where you are respectfully discussing gay people is typically classified as homophobic as any usage of the word outside of this context is typically negative in connotation. - This warn is per staff expectancy in upholding the rules. The word "gay" and similar words are not to be thrown around.

Speaking English in the main chat channel is a rule at all times - There are no exceptions. You are warned for speaking another language.

I'm unsure about 'toxicity', there is not enough context within this forum post, however sending a message in all caps is yet again against the rules and warrants a warning for breaking the rules. The third warn will kick you, this is your responsibility to avoid by following the rules.

I've unbanned you as the last warning as your title is "Anti USSR" and is not deemable as inappropriate.

I will note that as your post suggests, you should not "deny the terrible actions of the USSR".

No country, existential or historical is without its faults or crimes. Every country for the most part has committed some action deemable as "terrible"

Under most modern definitions and understandings, the USSR had committed many atrocities, and as such denying their atrocities would be nearly akin to denying that Hitlers regime committed many human rights violations -- A misinformed and harmful viewpoint for a world seeking to educate. We do not allow misinformed and harmful viewpoints towards regimes that are widely considered as atrocious.

Thank you for the unban. I will take this as a reminder next time to follow the rules more often.
