All started when I was in the end: I lagged and feel in the void.
When respawned I had all my armor, sword and picaxe but not the bow (soulbound0), so I made a ticket. Weeks after "we need to wait admins" Yume refunds me an icy bow (i had an icy bow then they I disenchanted it and put the enchants on a soulbound one. I forgot the enchants so I took an old video where I had the icy bow and showed the enchants.) even if I said it was soulbound.
After I got the icy bow I told the admins in the ticket that it was soulbound. Two months after that I still do not know where the soulbound bow is. The worst part is that I opened three tickets in total for that bow and Yume is refunding random stuff at random places. He first refunded it at my old town, then my new town then said something like: "I refunded it, it's not my problem" after I told her I can't access the town spawn (as I was banned and I don't have permission to open chests outside my plot). To this day I don't know what she refunded / where, don't have my bow and it's fucking impossible to even talk as they close ticket randomly.

They refunded the bow but they do not know where. The coords where sent for the capacitors not the bow.

Edit 3:
another thing: in the last ticket they said "Talk to her, do not open a ticket".
On discord I have banned, muted and clown roles (basically can't talk anywhere), and following your own rules (14) "You should never argue with staff members in global chat.". Plus i should not ping them and I should talk to them in a quite active chat? Okei

Basically:
- Do not ping them
- Do not talk in public chats
- Do not open a ticket
- Do not talk in private

So where do i talk?

btw i forgot to say: every time i ask for a refund i sent different coords. For the bow i sent the coords of a double chest in my old base, for the capacitors a chest near my old town spawn as the capacitors weren't mine. Now yume says that she refunded the items in the capacitor chest, where i do not have access and i sent the coords for the capacitors, when i asked for the capacitors, a lot of time after the bow refund (that had coords specified)
