I lost my password and Discord Invite is invalid

But I forgot my password and I'm asking if anyone knows to get it back, and I was going to join the Discord, but it said my invite was invalid, so I'm posting it here, my Ingame name is EnderPlaysMC1 and when I try registering it says I exceeded the amount of registrations 1/1 please login.
