A few ideas:
Add a battle field of like the capture the flag maybe. I saw that Zaify has one.
This will let players and factions settle conflicts in a way that puts them in equal power and not one being more than the other.
Another thing is we need more powerful factions I have seen how a leader leaves there faction just because it got raided one time. They don't seem to be able to manage getting back on there feet. I don't know what to do of this. I may come up with an idea.
The other thing is we need a build-off game. It's been mention to me on several occasions, and players think that it might be a good idea to have this done once and a while and that the player who does best if he wants to can help with some of the constructions around the server.
this are all my ideas sorry for the rough and boring post I didn't have time.
