there is no such thing as player bots, even if they used fake accounts, that would thousands of dollars, which i doubt mineplex would do.

If you are talking about in game server advertising. Here is my opinion. From what I've experienced with being staff on some servers, advertising doesn't give a very good reputation or good look of the server. People probably would think it's a spambot. That's my perspective on advertising, but if the owners want to advertise in game and places, that's their choice.

Maybe you can add a Server Discussion or Idea section where you can leave your feedback on what the server could improve or add!

So you're saying he wasn't banned for jitter clicking? You dont just get banned for jitter clicking. First off he got banned on judgement day which means if he was jitter clicking, then somehow he was clicking the same patterns over and over again which is highly unlikely.
