I'm pretty sure permanent bans from Xbox Live can't be undone, but idk. That's what I noticed last, it's happened to us before and it couldn't be undone. So hopefully that's not the case for you.
I just got perma banned from XBL for a breach in my licenseing agreement yet I nevertheless had my mic plugged in, played Bo2 the whole time and have a heart as my emblem. So how the hell did I just breach a contract and deserve a perma ban!
