FYI russ, the server has been buggy this past night, the timer got jacked up, and the hunger rates seems to be alot faster, and now, the server went down for a restart but hasnt come back up. just thought you should know.

Hunger rates are just your imagination or you're doing something that causes you to get hungry faster.
There was probably a DDOS or something of that nature that messed the server up.
I can't help you if you dont help me. If you're going to report someone for cheating you should probably include things like names, and proof. You're description is super vague and I dont even know what you're talking about when you say they're glitching and one is inside?
i know you are busy with RL things do you need any help with the server's like admin stuff or scripting
i spend alot of time playing here might as well help out if you need any help
It's not broken. I set that up on purpose. There is no reason to vote for day because it's always day. It's very rare that people actually get to vote night time on the server so when they do they can have night until the next restart.
In other words, if there are 10 people on the server, 6 people need to vote night for it to become night. Not voting is the same thing as voting for day because if the majority doesn't vote for night it won't change, regardless if you've voted or not. If the majority vote for night then it won't matter what you vote for because majority wins.
