Unfortunately that has always been an issue with Residence. The same happens with item frames as well I believe. I don't know what is happening with the plugin any more as the original dev has stopped developing for Bukkit. I will do a bit of research and see if I can come up with anything for you.
Hi vajman, I apologize for this inconvenience however End access is a donor only perk, therefor the world is not accessible to players below the Poseidon rank, no matter how you try to get into it. That is why you are unable to access the portal at spawn. It would be pointless for us to make a portal at spawn which no players what so ever can access. If you still wish to murder endermen to your hearts content, then Temp End access is granted at the Apollo rank. This world is reset every so often to freshen the resources.
