This is the way I would structure it. At any point during a normal MCBall CTF match, a player can do /game elimination. This would start a countdown timer, where other players could join. When the countdown ends, players who opt in are teleported to the game. When players are eliminated, they are sent back to the CTF game and placed on a team to continue the game
Suggestion: When a player joins, create a prompt to get people to vote, in exchange for PPs. Also, perhaps make PPs usable towards cosmetics as well? Personally, I have every kit, and also have over 100,000 PPs and nothing to do with them.
I think a paywall would definitely be a step backwards. You play on the noob server until you hit the limit, but then you can't continue? That's a recipe for either an angry community or people spotting it early and just not bothering. I know that if this was around when I started I wouldn't have played. Regarding: "As for paywalls. Just out of curiosity, will the "Date Joined" stat be reset during the server wide reset? I think it would be kinda cool to keep. Maybe also have an exclusive hat or spell for players who played before the reset?
