ok I found the thread but it was a suggestion for a rank called emerald but people posted some suggestions for perks that it could have and it could be used here to if needed. By giving the players more tickets will also mean that more modreqs will be filed. One ticket should be enough since you can always ask for more help when the mod teleports where the modreq were submitted. Nice thought though. -Marinus
