Sounds good - I like the idea of players being more involved in the decisions which, after all, affect their gameplay. Though despite whatever experience they might have, I don't think it would be appropriate to only allow/be biased towards staff having the title. It should definitely be player-elected who is a governor, like Hells said, and contested every so often. Otherwise there is little point in the system. I also like the idea of a building for whoever is elected to stay in, too. Like a Whitehouse kind of thing at spawn?
