The red A is for Site Admins, the green M is for Mods. Then I'm pretty sure the skulls represent which prestige someone is. Not sure about the rest however.
I agree with the demotion to an extent as it is suspicious, but what happened to "reasonable doubt"? Junaid got a free pass with that reasonable doubt stuff despite having a lot more evidence against him, whereas KingMC was punished. Nothing against Junaid, but the EET fairly hypocritical.
I don't really think there should be laws against it. If people really want to they will do it either way, regardless of whether or not that means legally. So keeping it legal would allow people to do it safely, and still leave the decision up to the women as it is her body.
I'm glad Mojang is actually working harder on enforcing this, but no I don't believe this will effect Mineplex. Mojang has already been working with large servers such as Mineplex and Hypixel to ensure they are following the rules. So if anything this will mainly have an impact on those smaller servers that have been completely ignoring these rules, which is nice to see. It's somewhat unfair if only larger servers are bound by rules and hopefully this fixes that.
Mineplex has been talking about a new report system for a long time now so as some others said, this could be anytime. They have also been talking about making a new punishment command for staff for quite a while as well now so I wouldn't expect anything too soon. However I am 90% sure it's not a new anti-cheat, just a new way of reporting (Chiss has mentioned an in-game command for this before).
It's very hypocritical in my opinion. Previously they refused to give Jugz Admin of the build team after he requested it, so instead they made a BuildLead (Or something close) rank instead. But now they decide to pick up someone whom nobody knows, and give them an Admin rank that previously wasn't given to the actually known Build Team leader.
Mineplex's rules get stricter every year it would seem, now we cannot share our honest opinions on our wall without getting warned or forum banned. :/ Don't forget that mineplex staff members are forced to not share their opinion. xd We can still share our opinions, just in a different way. I appreciate the fact that you need at least one mistake, even if it is small to participate in the challenge. It's at a point where you can simply make a perfect false report and we can't really do much to prevent that. But providing at least a small mistake will show whether or not someone took the time to review the report. Regardless I am still against false reporting in general as innocent players suffer, but providing at least one mistake doesn't make it as bad as say a completely flawless report. I think it's fair, RP does not check...
