I personally agree with Syster. Lacerum is a reward spell. I know personally that it takes an extraneous amount of time to get. And to duel with it, and duel against it, it takes skill. To nerf it the way you suggest would belittle the effort taken to get the spell, and limit the use of duelling ski...
