I am joking around, saying that Weaboo's know how to speak Japanese, they have no idea but think they're Le Japanese shit. They don't know how to respect Japanese culture, There is a big difference between being an Otaku, Weaboo and And anime fan. Both Otaku's and Weaboos take it way too far and don't know shit about Japanese language.
If you want to actually learn Japanese go take lessons online or some shit lol.
