In-Game NAME: Ghigfrh Who banned you: Idk What server: (Currently FTB or Minecraft will apply here) MC Why you were banned: Living in Rowf's house without anyones permission for roughly a month and breaking into rooms when we needed to go in them and replaced. Added up to a lot of blocks. Why you think you should be un-banned: I may be getting back in to MineCraft and want a good community to play on. I understand if you don't want me back, but I will not do anything terribly stupid again.

Not a kit for players that just joined, or even commoners. I think it should be a perk for higher builder tiers, 2nd or third. This is a great idea because underwater builds are almost not even worth attempting unless you have WE. I mean people have done it, but I think this would open up a whole bunch of cool new building opportunities. I would love to see this added into EW.
