As you may have heard, a staff member called Runkia was demoted for making a joke about rape. These were sent via a phone's text messages (non mineplex related) to a friend (meaning the joke was obvious). Somehow that is enough for a demotion, but a staff member called 'Kanebridge' swearing on their public wall, which goes against staff policies, is enough for a straight demotion?
May I make it pellucid that in no way do I wish to defame the credibility of any staff member that these words may pertain to, nor do I aspire to stir controversy. I candidly wish to inquire as to why this perilous injustice has occurred towards one, Runkia, yet another, Kanebridge, be left unscathed, as I wholeheartedly believe that it is paramount that the rules and regulations are upheld.
