Would it be easier to refund or make a replacement? Both are just as easy, but for a refund, as Arch says, we'd have to think of a kit that is nowhere near as OP as kit treasure but that's also worth 7.5k notes. I personally think it'd be good for people who purchased kit treasure to either get a refund, or as NotKira mentioned, a replacement. The problem is, it'd be hard to find a replacement kit that is worth the 7.5k notes people originally payed for kit treasure, so possibly a full or partial refund would make sense.
About the Treasure Kit refund, you do have small text mentioning no refunds are guaranteed for premium items (if I do recall correctly), and rather have a replacement kit or something I guess? They're not guarenteed but since people have spent 7.5k notes on this I don't think it's fair not to refund it.
