Past Experiences: I have been staffing on small servers sense 1.6.4, On every server I have staffed on, I have been promoted multiple times.
Why should we accept you as staff? (Atleast 1-2 paragraphs): I believe I should be accepted as staff, because I have more experience then most players on Minecraft as far as staffing goes. I have staffed on lots of servers and on every one of them, I have enjoyed being part of an amazing staff team.
I am willing to be as active and as helpful as I can be and I will do anything that is needed for the server. I also have a lot of experience monitoring the chat, My rule of thumb is that if someone swears more then twice after a warning, They are muted for 20 Minutes. I will do anything that is asked of me.
How active can you be?: I will be as active as I can, With school, I am not sure how long exactly, but as often as I can.
What makes your app stand out?: I have more staff experience than 95% of players on Minecraft.
If you caught someone abusing their power what would you do?: I would first /m them to let them know that they are crossing a line. Then I would notify other staff members. Whether that be on the website, or in-game, I would ley others know. If they did not stop, I would de-op them depending on how abusive they are being.
If you found a hacker what would you do?: Before banning a hacker, I have always made sure they are hacking before I accuse them. I would go into game mode 3 to watch them hack. Then I would temp ban them for a week or two, and make sure the staff team knew about it.
If a staff member higher than you was abusing or bullying, how would you stop it and prevent it from happening again?: I would report it on the website, and talk to them. I would kindly ask them to stop, and if that did not work, I would do as much as I could to make them stop.
