I asked for a hero tag for my site rank. They gave it to me. Then they removed the Ultra rank site tag. I'm filled with confusion.

Your rank is Hero now. You are no longer Ultra. Thus, they removed Ultra. I was Titan before, but it was changed to Eternal once I got the rank.
