I've answered this question too many times. I don't care how hackers are banned, I ban for 40 days first offence and I've done so in all of our 5 years of existance. In a time where we have only half the players we used to have, the most irrational thing to do is to remove our limited amount of players from the server for ever. Whenever I ban I always go through history records, First time is 40 days for hacking, second offence, what ever it might be, is permanent.

Ok, I see your point of view and it makes sense, but they can come back if they post a ban appeal and the ban gets lowered to a month or something. I hope I'm not annoying you or anything...
