I also own the new utopians charity which is almost finished I just need to get to lvl5 which I am currently lvl3.
become a member of the charity and u can open the door to the outside world of the charity because the door is locked. become a co leader and u can go through some of the chests inculding the storage room and when a new utopian comes u will take out some essentials in the storage room and give it to them
