I like how this went from mod application to why I don't like Chaos...

Honestly, I don't like Chaos... He was always messing with me before the reset and he's hardly ever on.

I can't change it, but I just think it would be nice to give players more of a chance. After getting temp banned, a player would most likely try not to get any more warnings.
