no i dont really mind about his criticisms, i just hate his posts saying what admins say like "thread closed, ban!" (i consider that post farming since you can't close a thread by yourself)
They are posting threads on the forums to apply for a staff position on a fantastic server. I'm just giving them pointers, there were about 4 applications that I simply wrote how much I loved them because they hit all aspects of what the staff want to see in a future staff member.
