Your IP could easily be found. And people can ring up your ISP eg: Telstra Internet.
They can get info on who your parents are and eventually get in contact with you.
I aint sure if its like this in US. But in australia it is illegal to Bully and Cyberbully. I think the fine is $1000+ I dont know.

I know LUA, C#, Site coding (HTML, PHP, Javascript) and Java.

I reckon you're really smart for knowing how to hack clients and program certain things.. you could very well become a modder- or a great hacker that is infamous~ Good luck ^o^
