You can always use /ar check to see the requirements (playtime) needed for the next rank. I am as well under the impression that we do have a sign at our donor rank warp that does say that every rank is obtainable through playtime. However, I am not currently at home, and cannot check this for sure....
You need to change your personal settings on enjin.
