Haha, this has happened to me many times, there is nothing wrong with the server just your plugins are out of date, just saying but don't delete Essentials if you have it, it updates for you... scroll to the top of the retarded message and it should say what the plugin is, delete the plugin (NOT THE FOLDER) and download the newer one.
