Magnum, you can control who gets what permissions in your town by viewing /t set perm. You can make it so that residents can only build, switch, and destroy on their plot if you turn each perm off! To set up a shop, you use a sign with this format: L 1: Your name L 2: Quantity of each purchase L 3: B (Price) Example: B 5 L 4: Item Name or ID. You can do /iteminfo to see what it is.
